The PI MCP Server for Claude, ChatGPT, & Copilot.
Connect PI to your AI and bring your team's behavioral data into the AI tools they already use. Every question about a 1:1, a hard conversation, or a review comes back tuned to who that person actually is — how they process feedback, what drives them, how they prefer to work.

PI MCP Server FAQ
What can the PI MCP Server actually do with our PI data?
The PI MCP Server is read-only. It looks up behavioral data from PI and surfaces it inside the AI tools your managers already use — it never sends, edits, or deletes anything stored in PI.
Does the PI MCP Server train AI models on our people data?
Inside PI's pipeline, we never train third-party models on your data, and we only use anonymized data to improve our own products. Inside the AI host you connect to, that host's agreement with your organization governs how data is retained or used — including for training. Enterprise tiers of the major AI platforms each publish commitments around customer data; we recommend reviewing yours.
Does connecting the PI MCP Server change who can access our PI data?
Your existing PI permissions carry over exactly. Connecting the PI MCP Server does not expand what you or anyone on your team can access — if a user can't see certain data in PI today, they won't see it through the MCP Server either.
Which AI tools does the PI MCP Server integrate with?
The PI MCP Server works with Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and ChatGPT. Early access is rolling out in waves, and we'll confirm supported integrations as part of your onboarding process.
How is this different from just asking an AI tool for management advice?
The PI MCP Server is built on 70 years of behavioral science. Generic AI tools give generic advice — the PI MCP Server grounds every answer in the actual behavioral data of the specific person a manager is asking about, making the guidance meaningfully more relevant and actionable.
Where does our team's behavioral data actually go when the server is connected?
Your team's behavioral data stays in PI. Only the answer to a specific query — not the underlying profile data — is surfaced through the AI host. PI maintains SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27991, and GDPR compliance for how we handle and secure underlying data.
